Your privacy is important to Signata Corporation and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Signata”). The following Privacy Policy discloses the information practices for Signata websites, including the type of information gathered, how the information is used, and Signata’s policy regarding sharing information with others. In this Privacy Policy, we also discuss the collection, storage, and transfer of certain customer Personal Information (as defined herein) that we collect offline.

Personal Information You Provide to Us
Signata collects Personal Information and Anonymous Information from you when you visit the Site. “Personal Information” means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to: a first and last name; e-mail address; a home, postal or other physical address or other contact information; title, occupation, industry, place of employment, or personal interests; and other information necessary to provide a service that you requested. “Anonymous Information” means information that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information; Anonymous Information does not permit the identification of individual persons. We collect Personal Information and Anonymous Information, as described below.

Personal Information Collected Automatically
As you navigate the Site, certain information may be collected automatically. Specifically, we may use cookies, web beacons, and other automated devices to collect information about you, including your IP address, browser type and operating system, Signata webpages viewed, user clickstream, time and length of visit, search terms used, and information viewed and/or downloaded on our Site. This data helps us to improve the content of the Site and to customize the content or layout of the Site for you. Use of Personal Information

If you do not wish to receive such calls, you may request to be removed from the call list at the time of the call.

We may create Anonymous Information records from Personal Information by excluding information (such as your name) that make the information personally identifiable to you. We use this Anonymous Information to perform statistical analyses of users’ aggregate behavior so that we may enhance the content of our services and improve site navigation.

Disclosure of Personal Information
Your Personal Information will generally not be shared, sold, traded, or rented to individuals or other entities (such as direct mail organizations). However, we may need to provide your Personal Information to third parties to charge your credit card or deliver specific services to you (such as support services or shipping). These third parties are required not to use your Personal Information other than to provide the services requested by Signata.

We may share your Personal Information with our direct or indirect subsidiaries. Editing Your Personal Profile
We realize that your Personal Information, including your name, company, and e-mail address, is subject to change. To the extent that you do provide us with Personal Information, we wish to maintain its accuracy. In some cases, we provide a means to create an account or a profile of information. For example, to change your Personal Information, log in as usual and select the “Edit My Profile” link found on the top right side of the page. Information may be given directly to a Signata Customer Support representative.

Security of Your Personal Information
We safeguard the Personal Information you send to us with certain physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. If you have established an account with us, your Signata account information is password-protected for your privacy and security. In most areas of the Site, we use industry-standard-encryption to enhance the security of data transmissions. In other areas, we notify you with a pop-up screen when we transfer or receive certain types of sensitive information. We also store your Personal Information behind our firewall and utilize appropriate security measures in our physical facilities to prevent loss or unauthorized use of sensitive information. Except as provided elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, Signata limits access to Personal Information in electronic databases to those persons (including employees and contractors) in Signata’s organization who have a business need for such access.

While we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to us, and so we urge you to take every precaution to protect your Personal Information when you are on the Internet. We suggest that you change your passwords often, use passwords that include a combination of letters and numbers, and use a secure browser. Regarding Children
We do not structure our websites to attract children. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone under 13 years of age.

Notice of Transfer, Use, and Storage of Customer Information (including Your Personal Information)
We will collect, use, and process certain customer information, including Personal Information (such as name, work email address, title, and employer name) for customer satisfaction and account management purposes. We may transfer certain customer information, which may include limited Personal Information, such as customer the contact information listed in this paragraph, to locations worldwide, such as each country in which Signata has an office, to the United States. For customer satisfaction and account management purposes, we also may transfer customer information (including Personal Information) to a third party service provider, which may use a cloud solution and store data in the United States. For customer services purposes associated with the cloud solution, the third party service provider may transfer customer information to other locations. As a result, the data may be subject to access by law enforcement and other government entities, including courts and tribunals in accordance with laws applicable in those jurisdictions.

Access Rights
You have the right to access and correct certain information that Signata holds about you. Any access request may be subject to a fee, where permitted and in accordance with law, to meet our costs in providing you with the details of the information that we hold about you.
